Welding equipment includes centralizers, three-point clamps and pipe stands.

Hubs are constructions used for fixing pipes. Thanks to them, it is possible to precisely position and match pipes before welding. That is why they are also called positioners. The use of centering saves time when installing pipes and reduces the number of people during assembly work.

Among centralizers there are:

  • Single-row chain centers of stainless steel
  • Single-row chain centers of carbon steel
  • Double row chain centralizers stainless steel
  • Double-row chain centers of carbon steel
  • Heavy chain centers
  • Hydraulic centers for large diameters
  • Hydraulic centering devices for large diameters
  • internal centralizers

Three-point clamps belong to the basic welding equipment. They are advanced devices that allow you to determine an equal distance between the attachment points. Thanks to this, an even distribution of clamping force is achieved on the periphery of the positioned pipes. Among them there are two models: WT (made of aluminum) and SC (made of cadmium steel). The clamp design does not prevent mechanical damage to the pipe surface.
